About

The coach who's lived what he teaches.

I burned out twice. At least, I thought I did.

I burned out twice. At least, I thought I did.

First in 2012. Then again in 2018. Both times I did what most high performers do — I looked for a better system. More discipline. Better planning. A way to push through more cleanly. It didn't work. Because the problem was never how much I was doing. It was how I was operating.

The turning point

The turning point

In 2018 I had stepped away from everything — travelling, no pressure, no structure. Then life shifted. My dog got cancer. I had to stop, take responsibility again, and rebuild from scratch. I managed all of it. I always manage. But the night before starting the new job, my body shut down completely. That was the moment everything changed.

What changed

What changed

I stopped asking how to do more — and started asking how I actually operate.

That question led me deep into neuroscience and neuroplasticity — the science of how the brain forms patterns, why we get stuck in them, and how to actually change them. Not through willpower. Not through better habits. Through understanding what's driving the pattern in the first place.

I trained as a mental fitness coach and certified neuroscience and neuroplasticity practitioner. I studied Cognitive Behavioural Coaching and NLP. I built a framework that works — because I tested every part of it on myself first, before I ever used it with a client.

Today I work with sales leaders, founders, and high performers in Barcelona and globally. People who are delivering, succeeding, and quietly exhausted by how hard it all feels.

My Values

My Values

Pattern-level work

We don't fix symptoms. We find what's driving them. Real change happens at the root — not the surface.

Science, not theory

Everything I use is grounded in neuroscience and neuroplasticity. If I can't explain why it works, I don't use it.

Built to last

Quick fixes don't rewire the brain. I'm not interested in short-term relief. I'm interested in permanent change.
