These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the services offered by Christoph Karl Knoll ("I", "me", "my"), trading as Lead Yourself First, accessible at https://leadyourselffirst.coach.

By booking or purchasing any service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.

2. About My Practice

I offer coaching and personal development services grounded in neuroscience, neuroplasticity, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), and Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP).

I am a certified neuroscience and neuroplasticity practitioner and a member of the International Institute for Complementary Therapies (IICT). In accordance with my IICT membership requirements, I hold professional liability insurance.

All coaching services are for personal development purposes only. They do not constitute medical, psychological, psychiatric, or therapeutic treatment. If you are experiencing a mental health condition, please consult a qualified healthcare professional.


3. Services

I offer the following services:

  • Lead Yourself First: The Mental Fitness System — an 8-week coaching programme combining neuroscience, neuroplasticity, CBT, and NLP to support sustainable high performance.
  • 1:1 Coaching Sessions — individual sessions incorporating CBT, NLP, and mental fitness tools.
  • Mental Energy Compass (MEC) — a digital micro-product available via an external checkout platform (ThriveCart). Purchase and use of the MEC is governed by the terms of that external platform.

4. The 8-Week Programme — Payment Terms

The total investment for the Lead Yourself First 8-week programme is paid in four instalments:

  • €500 upfront upon booking (non-refundable deposit)
  • €500 at the start of Month 2
  • €500 at the start of Month 3
  • €500 at the start of Month 4

Payment is due on the agreed dates. Late payment may result in sessions being paused until outstanding amounts are settled.


5. The 8-Week Programme — Cancellation & Refund Policy

If you choose to cancel the programme before completing it, the following applies:

  • The initial €500 deposit is non-refundable under any circumstances.
  • If you have made additional payments and wish to cancel, a pro-rata refund will be calculated based on the percentage of the programme not yet completed. For example, if 70% of the programme has been delivered, 30% of the total amount paid (excluding the deposit) will be refunded.
  • If you cancel having paid only the upfront deposit plus one or more monthly instalments, no further payments will be due for remaining months not yet charged.
  • Refunds, where applicable, will be processed within 14 working days of the cancellation request.

Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to info@leadyourselffirst.coach.


6. 1:1 Coaching Sessions — Booking & Cancellation

Individual coaching sessions are booked via Calendly at the link provided on this website.

  • Sessions must be cancelled or rescheduled with a minimum of 24 hours notice.
  • Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice will be charged in full. No refund or credit will be issued.
  • If I need to cancel or reschedule a session, I will give as much notice as possible and offer an alternative time at no additional cost.

7. Your Responsibilities

By engaging my services, you agree to:

  • Engage honestly and openly in the coaching process.
  • Take responsibility for your own decisions, actions, and outcomes.
  • Inform me of any medical or psychological conditions that may be relevant to our work together.
  • Treat scheduled sessions as commitments and give appropriate notice when cancelling.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, materials, frameworks, and tools shared during coaching sessions are the intellectual property of Christoph Karl Knoll / Lead Yourself First. They are provided for your personal use only and may not be reproduced, shared, or distributed without prior written consent.


9. Confidentiality

I treat all information shared during coaching sessions as strictly confidential. I will not disclose your personal information to third parties without your consent, except where required by law.


10. Limitation of Liability

Coaching is a collaborative process. Results depend on your engagement, commitment, and individual circumstances. I make no guarantees regarding specific outcomes.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, my liability for any claim arising from the provision of services is limited to the total amount paid by you for the specific service in question.

I am not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental loss arising from the use of my services.

I hold professional liability insurance as required by my membership with the International Institute for Complementary Therapies (IICT).


11. Data Protection

I process your personal data in accordance with my Privacy Policy, available at https://leadyourselffirst.coach/privacy-policy. By using my services, you consent to such processing.


12. Changes to These Terms

I reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. The current version will always be available on this website. Continued use of my services following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.


13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Barcelona, Spain.
