Christoph Karl Knoll, mental fitness and neuroplasticity coach

Most people try to manage their mind.

That's why it keeps winning.

Managing is surface work. You adjust your behaviour, push through the resistance, try to think differently. It works for a while. Then the same patterns come back.

The reason isn't willpower or self-awareness. It's that the pattern was never touched at the level where it lives.

Your brain is very good at protecting you from things that stopped being dangerous a long time ago.

The overthinking. The difficulty switching off. The feeling that nothing is ever quite enough.

These aren't character flaws — they're patterns the nervous system learned and kept running because they once served a purpose.

Understanding that intellectually doesn't change them. The patterns operate below the level of insight.

That's the level we work at.

Not a framework.

A sequence — because the order matters.

See the pattern

Not the symptom — the structure underneath it. What's actually driving your reactions, your self-talk, your defaults under pressure.

Interrupt it in real time

In the moments where the pattern usually takes over — not in theory, not in reflection. That's where the rewiring actually happens.

Build a new default

So you stop fighting yourself. The new response becomes natural — something you maintain without effort, not something you constantly have to choose.

There are three ways to work with me.

The 8-week Mental Fitness System is the most structured — a complete programme for people who want to go deep and change something permanently.

1:1 CBT and NLP coaching works well for people with a specific pattern or challenge they want to address directly.

Workshops and speaking sessions are for teams and communities who want the mental fitness work delivered in groups — sales teams navigating quota pressure, founder communities, leadership offsites. Different format, same underlying work.

I'm Christoph Karl Knoll — a mental fitness coach and certified neuroscience and neuroplasticity practitioner based in Barcelona.

I work with sales leaders, founders, and high performers who are functioning well on the outside and running on empty on the inside.

My work draws on cognitive behavioural coaching, NLP, and applied neuroscience — not as separate tools, but as a single integrated approach to how the mind actually changes.

What Clients Say

Real stories of growth, success, and transformation through coaching.

  • He really helped me out a lot when I was at my lowest point. He was there giving me feedback and encouraging me how to overcome all the stress. My daily life has changed because of all this. I stress less now.

    — Tracy L., Customer Service Representative @ Dillard's Inc.

  • His framework helped me gain real clarity at a time when I needed it most. What stood out to me was his personalised approach — he doesn't offer one-size-fits-all solutions, but instead takes time to understand your specific situation.

    — Johannes Georg R., Captain (B747/B777/787) @ Air Atlanta Icelandic

  • His ability to turn complex challenges into clear, actionable steps made a real difference. He brings both curiosity and clarity to the table, and it shows in the results.

    — Dominik W., Win-Win Negotiation Expert · $400M+ negotiated with LVMH, Diageo, Unilever

  • What strikes me most is Chris's rare ability to cut through the noise and get to what actually matters. Too many leadership coaches focus on tactics and frameworks. Chris understands that real transformation happens from the inside out. He doesn't peddle quick fixes or motivational fluff.

    — Greg S., Life Coach & Mentor

  • I have been lucky enough to meet Chris. In less than two weeks he helped me reduce my anxiety in around 60% and made me shift from 'fight or flight' to a creative, relaxed, conscious state. I cannot recommend him highly enough. If you are reading this and have any doubt, go for it — you will not regret, I promise.
